balance is something that you can first observe in South Korea as soon as you set your feet to its streets. When we say balance, we can say that they did it really nice without risking the culture’s preservation and innovative thinking of the country. It is very common here to see high-rising skyscrapers adjacent to great palaces or temples or statues in the middle of a bustling, busy city.  It’s normal to see folk villages downtown and witness people wearing hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) in the buzzing corners of the cities, especially in Seoul.  

        Hailed as the most innovative country for six consecutive years by Bloomberg, it is no wonder that, when it comes to technology and transportation system, South Korea is top of the list. It is known for its exceptionally efficient railway system, wide highways, organized bus routing system, very good ferry services, a world-class airport the country, and not to mention it’s the third country in the world to use maglev train commercially. Moreover, the country has also one of the world’s fastest internet connections and the first country to use the 5G network.  

     South Korea is known for its firm economic stability thanks to its high-quality education. It’s no wonder that the acronym for the top three universities in the country, SKY (Seoul National University, Korea University Yonsei University), echoes the far-reaching spirit of higher education.
